The Sturt Cricket Club has won the Club Championship for the 15th time and the first time since 2009/10. The Club Championship Shield is presented to the club with the highest aggregate points for men’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grades at the end of the minor rounds.

The Club would like to acknowledge the efforts of all the coaching staff and players for this fantastic achievement. The 1st and 2nd grade teams both finished the end of the season in second place, with the 4th grade-finishing top. The 3rd grade just missed out on finals finishing 5th by less than a point. They perhaps played the most pivotal role in the club securing the championship by winning their final game of the season outright ensuring with the bye we were out of any other clubs reach.
